As a qualified carpenter with over 30 years experience, Dave brings exceptional craftsmanship to every INSITE build, turning precision fit-outs into a hallmark of quality and attention to detail.
Rob Lazarevski
Site Supervisor
Rob is a 3rd generation builder who brings invaluable commercial and residential experience to the team. Rob has previously run his own residential construction business for over 15 years where he successfully delivered numerous development sites throughout the Perth CBD.
In addition to holding his builder’s registration, Rob has a diploma in project management and has supervised a broad range of projects from high end apartments through to commercial buildings. Rob understands what is required to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients.
Briana Pope
Project Manager
Briana finds beauty in the details, as a highly accomplished project manager and interior designer. She specialises in class 1 and 2 residential builds and is a central part of our INSITE team.
With her day-to-day responsibilities including contract administration, construction liaison and project management, Briana is guided by the principles of collaboration, integrity and innovation. She consistently exceeds expectations, helping to drive value across our projects.
Daniel Sienkiel
Project Manager
As our numbers guy, Dan ensures the feasibilities and schedules for each project are in good hands. With a keen eye for the little things, Dan is quick to spot initiatives that will unlock value, while maintaining the highest levels of quality and design.
Since honing his craft as an estimator at WA’s largest building group, Dan has expanded into quantity surveying for large-scale commercial and apartment projects.
Sinead Tan
Design and Interior Consultant
Sinead is a highly motivated and passionate architectural designer with a genuine love for creative design and crafting stunning interiors. Holding a Master of Architecture from Curtin University, she brings a wealth of knowledge and technical expertise to every project. With extensive experience across both residential and commercial developments, Sinead oversees all stages of design and pre-construction documentation at INSITE, ensuring each project is thoughtfully planned, beautifully detailed, and executed to the highest standard.
