Along the way, we provide a clear, indicative picture of budgets and timelines, helping you make informed decisions before committing to the build. By the end of this stage, you’ll have a solid foundation to move forward confidently.

Design
We start with consultations with our designers and architects to understand your vision, project requirements, and site constraints. This includes contour surveys, site reports, and exploring design concepts that balance functionality, style, and cost.
Once your sketch plans are approved, our quantity surveyor provides an initial quotation — giving you a clear picture of costs, timelines, and potential value before construction begins.

Document
We will start putting together documentation pack for your building contract, while consulting external consultants about proposed works to keep the ball rolling. Once the plans are complete, we will provide you with the fixed price MBA home building contract and timings for project. If required, we will commence the development approval process with local governments.

Selections
This is when things start to get exciting. Take a walk-through of our supplier showrooms and work with our dedicated interior design team to select the colours, materials, finishes and interior styling of your new home. We can finetune your selections top make sure the vision of the home is captured inside and out. Approval
It’s time to get the all-important tick of approval. Our INSITE team guides your new home plans through the local council approval process, managing every step so nothing falls through the cracks. We handle all required documentation, compliance checks, and regulatory obligations to ensure your plans meet every standard.

Construction
Breaking ground is a big moment — it’s when your project moves from plans to reality.
From the first shovel in the ground, your dedicated registered building site manager and project manager are on hand at every step. We coordinate trades, manage timelines, and keep a close eye on quality to make the construction process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
